Megan M. Belmonte (She/Her/Hers) is an experienced arts manager and the Director of Access & Engagement at UC Irvine’s Claire Trevor School of the Arts, where she has significantly expanded community outreach and engagement since 2012. She facilitates internships, open rehearsals, collaborations, and arts education programs connecting UCI Arts students and faculty with the wider community. Belmonte earned a graduate degree in Arts Management from Claremont Graduate University and a bachelor’s in Art History from Occidental College, where she was a standout athlete on the women’s soccer team. Her prior experience includes roles with the City of West Hollywood, Arts Council for Long Beach, and Pasadena Arts Council, where she led coalition-building, programming, and large-scale cultural events.
